I make, teach, and taste chocolate for a living—and I’m still endlessly curious about it. I’ve followed cacao from farms in Mexico, Ecuador, and Brazil to bonbons and bars here in Santa Monica, and I love helping people discover what makes really good chocolate so interesting.
